The next volume of the series is prepared as a part of a large-scale project "Peoples and cultures" implemented by the Institute of Ethnology and Anthropology in cooperation with scientists from academic and university centers of the CIS countries and the regions of Russia. The publication is devoted to the 650-year anniversary of formation of the Moldovan state. The book contains information on environment, ethnic and ethno-political history of the Moldovans, the Moldovan language, economic activity and employment, socionormative and professional culture, family and family relationships, calendar customs and rituals.
