The edition presents reviews and analytical materials on the results of the project. It uses shorthand records of the meeting of the project's participants that took place in April 2003, materials of the reports, round tables and seminars on problems of work with various kinds of sources on different categories of the repressed and creation of electronic data bases, proceedings of the conference on the subject started in the Internet, and information about subsequent work of the project's participants.
