The book reveals the idea of multinational (transnational) university in
the context of the globalization of education and the knowledge society. The
multinational university is considered as one of the institutions acting as a
conductor of global cultural, political, economic influence. The author defends the hypothesis of the implementation of the globalization process in the
sequence of institution-symbol-existential.
