In the monograph the methodology and historiography of the housing and communal service (HCS) as the unitary system of the life-support of a man and economic managing in the housing and communal sphere of the Far East of Russia is examined for the first time. The main methodological approaches to the study of the historical dynamics of HCS are analyzed.
