"The Big Book of Authentic Belarusian Dishes" is the result of many years of work by the national professional center for the preservation of Belarusian culture and traditions. More than 200 authentic recipes are collected under one cover. During the preparation of the publication, each dish was prepared by a professional chef of the unitary enterprise "Belarustourist" and received a positive rating.
In the photographs in the book, you can see black-smoked dishes made by the hands of craftsmen of the Center for Folk Art and Crafts in the town of Kopys, Orsha District, towels from the Belarusian State Museum of Folk Architecture and Life, which create a unique aesthetics of the past.
