The book brings new perspectives to the debate on one of the most important challenges of our time, the possible impacts of digitalization and Industry 4.0 on the economy and society, focusing on:
- on the labour market and qualitative changes in working conditions, supported by survey results based on interviews with representatives of different professional groups (trade unionists, employees, managers)
- on the links between digitalisation and productivity
