A collection of articles marking the 65th birthday of Dr. Simeon Nedkov, a Bulgarian museologist. By happy coincidence, Dr. Nedkov was born in 1953, the founding year of the Department of Library and Bibliography Science at Sofia University, where he has been working for a quarter of a century now. Therefore, every jubilee of the department coincides with a personal jubilee of Dr. Nedkov. Celebrating the 65th anniversary of the Library Science Department, we are also celebrating the 65th anniversary of Dr. Nedkov, who currently heads the department.
