The first volume of the edition sheds light upon the evolution of the Ukrainian state structure and law from ancient times till the February Revolution of 1917. The second volume covers the period from February 1917 to present day. The authors examine main stages, regularities and particular features of Ukrainian state structure and law. Particular attention is paid to the struggle of the Ukrainian people for the rebirth of the national state organization.
