The monograph covers the organizational foundations of Soviet migration policy in Kamchatka in 1922-1941. Based on a wide range of sources, the established model of labor force movement to the territory of Kamchatka in the 1930s is studied. The achievements are defined and the contradictions of Soviet migration policy in the settlement of Kamchatka regions during this period are revealed.
