Vladimir Shpakov (born January 10, 1960, Bryansk.) is a Novelist, playwriter and critic. Author of eight books of prose and a number of plays. Member of the Writers' Union of St. Petersburg, Union of Russian Writers, a member of the Guild of St. Petersburg playwrights. The chief editor of the literary magazine "Zinziver". Member of the organizing committee of the International Festival "Petersburg bridges."
