“Solo for a Glass-Blower's Tube” is the first exposition of the author’s glass at the State Hermitage. The exhibition catalog includes 160 masterpieces of Russian masters of the modern artistic glass-work, which give an idea about development of this kind of art from the 1960s till present. The catalog is opened with an article by the leading scientific collaborator of the Hermitage T.Malinina followed by brief biographies of artists arranged in an alphabetic order.
