When a man kills an innocent man, he gets rid of everything, and the name especially. That is why in this story I gave some characters names just so, for ease of following the action, their names are not real. They are not, then, important names, the truth I write about is important. The people of Srebrenica wrote this story in blood. It is my duty to convey this to this book. Lest it be forgotten. Their lives were as valuable as ours and they lost them. It was important for me to write about all people, both positive and negative, happy and unhappy, small and big people.
