The illustrated book covers the history of the foundation, heroic defense, economic and urban development of the principal city and cultural center of Artsakh-Karabagh Shushi, as well as the great tragedy that took place in March, 1920, in the result of which the flourishing Armenian city was ruined and destroyed.
