The monograph examines the national and cultural specifics of English and Ingush zoomorphic phraseological units in comparative terms; a comparative analysis of zoomorphic phraseological units of English and Ingush languages in structural, semantic and pragmatic terms is carried out; a thematic classification of zoomorphic phraseological units of English with their equivalents in Ingush is presented, and the priority values of representatives of the studied languages are identified.; the equivalents of English and Ingush zoomorphic phraseological units are identified, as well as cases of lack of equivalents.
