Vladimir Mikhailovich Sangi (born in 1935) is a Nivkh writer and publicist, member of the Union of Soviet Writers, founder of Nivkh literature, one of the creators of the reformed Nivkh alphabet, and the author of the rules of Nivkh orthography, a Nivkh language primer, a Nivkh language textbook, textbooks for Nivkh schools, and books for reading in Nivkh.
