In this scientific work the author analyses the situation in Transcaucasian region and dwells upon the socioethnological dynamics in relationship between the Russians and the Armenians. The author views these two nations in the process of their mutual cooperation and explains the reason of the continuous conflict of these two equally orientated nations. The issue contains also the original concept of the author, which is given as "the concept of ethnic constants".
