The study aims at reconstructing the traditions of the Russian language, and depicts its structural rules. The author discloses the corruption of national literary-linguistic norms and domination of the specific old-Moscow forms, which were elevated to the status of the national norm in the XXth century by the efforts of Moscow school of orthoepy.
