The publication is dedicated to foul language which became a reality of our time. The author assumes that foul language is a by-product of censorship abolition and language democratization. This state of things worries everybody to whom the literary language of Pushkin and Tolstoy is dear. Penalties and bans for the foul language cannot help and the only thing we can do is to explain those who thoughtlessly and senselessly lard their speech with foul language, why it is not unquotable even with lack of restraint in the society. The present dictionary sets this problem.
