The first volume of the edition reflects the history of rehabilitation of Russians subjected to repressions in the USSR. The collection includes a list of rehabilitation documents related to the beginning of the 1950's, as well as reveals a mechanism of decision-making connected with rehabilitation. Chronological limits of the volume cover a period after the death of Joseph Stalin and up to the XXth Congress of CPSU.
