The monograph examines current issues of spatial development of the region in the context of regulation of the labor market and social sphere in new conditions using the example of Perm Krai. Basic industry priorities and strategic guidelines in the use of labor resources in the regional labor market are defined. The tendencies and patterns of development of the labor market and their impact on the socio-economic development of the region are summarized and systematized, and a methodological tool for assessing the use of labor resources in the region is proposed.
