The collection is dedicated to some insufficiently explored grammatical issues of the Mongol languages. The lack of knowledge on the given topics makes impossible the scientific grammar book of the Byriat language compiling . The attention of the authors is concentrated upon the problems dealing with the development of parts of speech in the Mongol languages and functions of the separate group of words indicating notional parts of speech.
