The book analyzes the Pskov Judicial Charter - the monument reflecting the features of early medieval communal society and innovation associated with the development of feudal relations. It traces the ways and forms of Russian law development in the Eastern Slavic lands of the XIVth - the first third of the XVIth centuries.
