It was developed within the framework of the project "Jean Monet module Erasmus+ "EU initiative "Eastern partnership": opportunities for Ukraine", which is implemented at the National University "Lviv Polytechnic". The EU initiative "Eastern Partnership" has been thoroughly and comprehensively studied as an important component of the implementation process of the European Union's Eastern policy, taking into account modern geopolitical challenges and current trends in the transformation of the international order. The main attention is focused on the disclosure of the main stages, the specifics of the formation of the modern Eastern policy of the EU, the functioning of the European Union and the Joint Venture, the results of cooperation between the EU and the recipient countries of the Joint Venture (Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Belarus, Armenia, Azerbaijan) in bilateral and multilateral formats, as well as hybrid threats, main limitations and prospects for the development of the Eastern Partnership.
