The book reflects an attempt to discover and analyze the historical, social, economic, political and philosophical aspects of interaction between property and power as independent and at the same time closely connected, organic and interactive parts of any social and political system. In the focus of the research is the substantiation of the thesis, according to which, property and power were the key institutes during the whole history of mankind, and determined the essential and system characteristics of any society.
