The many sided investigation of vital issues of civil presumptions represents the central topic of the edition and is reflected in a number of aspects including elucidation of a new approach to civil presumption as an independent norm of the law with its own structure and place in the standard-legal body. On the basis of the presented theory of the presumption norms the basic classifications of presumptions are examined.
