A publication within the Central Research Project of the Institute of National Remembrance: The Communist Movement and the Apparatus of Government 1917-1990. This publication presents a panorama of contacts between Belgrade and Warsaw between 1968 and 1981, set against the backdrop of, among other things, the détente process in Europe, the socio-political crises in the Eastern Bloc, German affairs, European security issues, and the internal situation in Yugoslavia and Poland.
