The author of this title is a literature critic, publicist and philosopher Ivanov-Razumnik, a friend of Blok and Belyi, Yesenin and Prishvin (Russian famous poets). In his full of bitterness and sarcasm memoir book he writes about fates Russian writers in 1920-1930s. Most of them emigrated, were arrested or committed suicide because of their disillusionment with the Russian Revolution (1917).
