In this book, Prof. Dimitur Radev defends the normative theory of legal science as a doctrine and a scientific method. His main idea is that normativism is not part of legal positivism, but rather a separate legal theory and a methodological teaching. He makes his own contribution to the teaching of Austrian scientist Hans Kelsen, who founded the famous Viennese school of law.
