Author: Yusupov Ruzal Abdullazyanovich - Doctor of Philology (1982), Professor, Corresponding Member of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan (1992). Honored Scientist of the Republic of Tatarstan, laureate of the State Prize of the Republic of Tatarstan in Science and Technology.
