Competitive pressures on the single European market are remarkable. However, the exceptional flexibility of standard workers for the survival of large exporters in the European market is insufficient. At such pressures, companies increase competitiveness with technological innovations and/or the use of external functional substitutes - small businesses and entrepreneurs who compete with each other by self-adherence and deprivation of their own employees and/or by direct employment of non-standard and co-workers.
