The album is devoted to life and creative work of the famous Russian photoartist Nikolai Andreyev (1882-1947). In the 1920-1930-ies Andreyev was awarded with many prizes in international exhibitions in Europe and America. He was a kind of artist who in spite of the Soviet dictatorship in mass culture remained true to himself and the best traditions of Russian pictorial photography.
