The offered collection opens the series of "The archives of Katanov State University of Khakasia" and represents a brief report on the University's activity for the period from 1994 till 2000. The first part of the book contains information about the formation of the University, its development and the changes in its structure. The second part is dedicated to statistics on the students teaching, scholarships, graduating and job placement of the specialists. The other parts deal with administration of the University, its chairs, social sphere. The list of the most prominent scientists that work in the University concludes the book.
