The monograph presents three innovative research approaches in ethnology and social anthropology through an overview of current literature as well as original research by the author. Ethnologists test the possibilities and limits of postmodern methodological approaches that are on the border of science and art (autoetnography, reflexive writing); approaches that are typical of positivist scientific disciplines (experiment) and also show how the intangible cultural heritage can be captured through the approaches of anthropology of organizations, which moves on the border of social psychology, sociology, but also extends into the political space. The publication is intended for all social and human scientists who are not afraid to cross the boundaries of their disciplines.
