The monograph is devoted to the history of one of the most popular political parties among the population of the Kursk province at the beginning of the 20th century, the Party of Socialist Revolutionaries (PSR). On the basis of documents stored in the funds of central and regional archives, periodicals, the biographical information of the activists of the neo-populist movement of the Kursk province of the late 19th - early 20th centuries is clarified, and their contribution to the political and socio-cultural development of the country is shown.
