The monograph is devoted to the disclosure of the nature of design as a specific form of project-creative, artistic and technical activity existing in the multidimensional space of being. The qualitative nature of design was studied from the positions of dialectics, axiology, semiotics, hermeneutics, phenomenology, poststructuralist and postmodernist theories. Design is considered as a means of approaching and presenting being to a person, revealing structural human existentials of freedom, harmony, care, responsibility, desire, pleasure and play.
