The book "My dad Petliura" is aimed at readers of primary school age. It is a popular science "biography-installation", where the story of the famous Ukrainian statesman Symon Petliura is told on behalf of his daughter Lesшa, who he loved very much, and they had a surprisingly trusting relationship all their lives. Each of the seven stories reveals a certain facet of Petliura's character that may be interesting to children (the gift of speech and love for music and art, the ability to make friends and rally people, the ability to stick to the chosen path and selfless service to the cause). At the same time, young readers will learn a lot of interesting things about historical realities, events, and people associated with the Petliura family.
