The photo album presents a visual image of Chelyabinsk in the first half of the 20th century. Used photographs and postcards from the funds of the State Historical Museum of the Southern Urals, the United State Archive of the Chelyabinsk Region, the publishing house "Stone Belt". Photographs of the same place, taken in different periods, allow us to trace how city blocks have changed over time. The book reproduces well-known photographs of city streets and houses, as well as previously unpublished photographs. Each illustration has a detailed commentary. A larger edition than the 2013 album with the same title.
