The monograph was prepared within the framework of the research work "Modern problems of medical and pharmaceutical law and legal regulation of biotechnology" under the program "Priority-2030". The purpose of the work is to present professional positions on various aspects concerning the current state of legal regulation and judicial practice in the field of medical law in the broad sense, which includes directly the regulation of medical activity and provision of medical services, circulation, advertising and introduction into circulation of medicines, conducting medical and biotechnological research, use of their results.
