The collective monograph is devoted to the legal regulation of the implementation of climate policy against the background of new contemporary challenges, climate threats and ensuring environmental security in the global context. The authors on the basis of comparative research and interdisciplinary approach considered in detail the instruments and mechanism of legal regulation of climate policy in Russia and abroad. The article studies main factors of transformation of national environmental law taking into account the world climate agenda. Special attention is paid to legal regulation of realization of human rights and freedoms in the conditions of global climate change, as well as international cooperation and promotion at the national level of sustainable development and economic growth through the implementation of climate legislation.
