The book is devoted to the most important and difficult problems of human capital mobility in the countries of Central Asia and Russia. The articles written by leading and young researchers from academic and higher educational institutions of Germany, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, the USA, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, France, Finland, and Japan discuss the problems of migration of highly qualified specialists in the context of modern migration processes in Central Asia and Russia.
