The monograph is devoted to a comprehensive study of the nature and forms of measures of criminal law in relation to legal entities. It is noted that in the current criminal legislation of Ukraine measures of criminal law against legal entities are expressed in the form of coercive measures or in the form of measures based on the inexpediency of further criminal proceedings against the legal entity.
