Often, unfortunately, marriages last no more than five years, and when the divorce process begins, the question arises: why is it so difficult to separate without fighting and rebuking? The main reason is the unwillingness to share property acquired with the former spouse(s). After all, in a fit of anger and resentment it is difficult to adequately assess who has invested in the overall budget, who has spent more effort on the prosperity of the family. For example, the husband may think: «Why on earth - to give a favorite car to the ex-wife, who does not even have the right and has never sat behind the wheel». But the law dictates that property be split in half, no matter how much you earn. Of course, you can agree and break up without fighting, but it’s so rare that no one believes in such a perfect divorce.
So is there an alternative to a debilitating divorce? There is, and quite worthy. Today, any couple can conclude a marriage contract. But for some reason only a few people in our country use this. The fact is that Russian citizens are not well informed about their rights. Well, who before the wedding studies the Family Code of the Russian Federation and thinks about the possibility of divorce?
