The book is a biography of Dr. Hristo Tatarchev, the first leader of the Central Committee of the Macedonian Revolutionary Organization (MRO), later the Secret Macedonian-Odrin Revolutionary Organization (TMROO). Dr. Hristo Tatarchev was also a representative of TMORO and WMORO, then a philosopher and publicist, doctor and humanist, as well as a diplomat, as a representative of the Organization.
