Mariia Doneva is a contemporary Bulgarian poetess. She won several awards in Bulgaria such as the "Veselin Hanchev" award (for 1993, 1994 and 1995), the "Love Magic" award (for 2005), the "SMS-poetry" award (for 2005), the award from the Bulgarian National Poetry Concurs – Iambol (for 2006) etc. She is an editor for the electronic magazine "LiterNet". The present book is a collection with her poetry.
