The edition inquires into topical issues in licensing of TV and Radio broadcasting systems related to the legislation of the European Union. In the book the European right for licensing of transborder TV and Radio broadcasting systems as well as the legal systems of some of the UN countries are stated and their vital issues are thoroughly discussed.
