The book contains letters of the ideologist of Smenovekhovstvo, professor of Harbin University N. Ustryalov (1890-1937) to one of the founders of Eurasianism P. Suvchinsky (1892-1985). The letters contain information about the life of Russian emigrants in Manchuria, Ustryalov’s political views, his ideological evolution and the attitude towards the events in the Soviet Union.
