The monograph examines a wide range of issues related to the inluence and interaction of language and culture in representational, diachronic and synchronic, educational, and communicative perspectives, including such aspects as meaning creation, cultural memory formation, and national identity construction. Language is presented as a unique cultural monument and a complex system, a specific code of an epoch.
