"Kyiv area after liberation" is not just another publication about the Russian-Ukrainian war. First of all, these are feelings and impressions. The direct impressions of the author, photo artist Andrii Kotliarchuk, about the tragic events of the defense of Kyiv, about the heroism of Ukrainians during the liberation of Kyiv Region from Russian occupiers. No, not even the most modern photographic equipment in the world will focus on the feelings that a true master can convey. Of course, Andrii Kotliarchuk is exactly such a master, who in the spring of 2022, with a camera in his hands, was on the front line, as part of the volunteer battalion "Brotherhood", under the general command of the 10th Mountain Assault Brigade of the Main Intelligence office of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and was a direct witness of the fighting to liberate the communities of Kyiv and Chernihiv regions from Russian occupiers.
