The book is a continuation of the author's publication "Kolva, Chusovskoe, Pechora: history, culture, everyday life from antiquity to 1917" (Perm, 2017). It is the first full-fledged research on the issues of history, culture, daily life, beliefs, language of the population in the upper lands of Kolva and Pechory (the north-east of Perm Krai and the south-east of the Komi Republic).
