The collection of documents and materials tells about the destruction of the Belarusian village of Khatyn and the construction of a memorial complex on the site of the tragedy. The collection was prepared for the 80th anniversary of the tragic date of the burning of the village, and is dedicated to the activities of the 118th Ukrainian police battalion, a punitive unit created by the Nazis that participated in the destruction of the Belarusian village of Khatyn. Historical overview and panoramic photos of the "Khatyn Memorial Compex", the Belarusian village which was completely burnt down by the fascists in 1943, and almost all its population was burnt alive.
The publication is intended for scientists and museum workers, teachers, local historians and all those interested in the history of Belarus.
